Diet Cheater?

Is taking an appetite suppresant really cheating? It seems like it at first but there's the flip side of things where someone could very well eat like crazy still taking diet pills. Of course there's natural forms of filling yourself up. Celery is always a good one. The fibers make the body work harder to digest it and it's really quite filling to boot. I've found that having a ziploc baggie of pre-cut sticks helps me to fight cravings. If I need something salty I can sparingly dip it in some ranch dressing or peanut butter. If I need sweet I add raisins. It's one of the perfect foods since it goes well with everything.
