How Far Would You Go?

If you needed something that was not only important but cosmetically important, how far would you go to get it? I heard of this person who is traveling across the country to Orange NJ dental implants. Now, I don't know where in their mouth they need them but that must be one heck of a dentist/surgeon! I'm not sure how far I would go for implants...maybe if it was hindering my eating I would but otherwise...I don't really go out and I don't HAVE to smile in public...LOL!
