Lose It Fast!
I know there really isn't a magic bullet for any one person but from my experience there are diets for quick weight loss despite what people say. Most of them rely on constant movement or a higher level of activity and not everybody can do that depending on their schedule, so that's the crummy part. I know that I can't be nearly as active as I once was no matter how much I want to because my job is totally different now. That's where diet aids come in handy if you just can't get moving enough. There's no shame in taking them and the results may even surprise you.
