Artificial Health

Watching TV shows about doctors and hospitals has always been really interesting to me. I think knowing that there isn't any real blood helps a lot because when I've watched shows on real surgeries and things I always have to turn away when they show things like electrosurgery or broken body parts. I've never had a broken bone myself so I can't really imagine what all of that is like but I suspect that DD will bring me out of that with the fearlessness she seems to have. She's already had a gash in her head and I've only seen blood spill like that on TV, so I'm betting that won't be the last accident she has. LOL
