Red Light, Green Light

DH went to pick up some mail at his dad's a few days ago. He came home with a ticket from a traffic camera for a giant amount of money. Apparently the camera caught him running a light at the end of November and he has to pay it this week. He has no money at all and I certainly can't afford to pay it. He asked his dad and he can't help either. I'd assume that his car insurance rate will go up as well but at least we don't have to worry about that for a little while, hopefully. I'm kind of wondering if he just barely missed the light because the cameras around here haven't been reliable at all but since I wasn't there I can't say. This year has just been crazy!
