I Know What to Get!
I just had a revelation...I finally know what to get my stepdad for Christmas! LOL!!! It's been such a task finding him anything that he'd either like or use. I think my best gift so far was the few months I bought him of The Chip of the Month Club out of all these years. I know that he's been wanting a new Bluetooth headset since he hasn't had one in years after the last one broke. He really doesn't NEED one but I think I'll get him one anyway. Now if I can just remember which one was the the one he wanted...LOL!
Finally, a Break!
I've barely been home the last couple of weeks and I actually got ONE whole day at home yesterday! It was SO great to not have to get dressed and put on my make-up, let alone gather all of DD's things and lug them out the door. Of course I barely got anything done since it's built up on me so high but I got to sit and that piece of mind is a little bit more important right now lol. I can't wait until things calm down (let's pray they do) because I'm not sure how well I can manage going the way I have been. I have no idea how moms with tons of kids deal with this kind of stuff, I'm beat!

Moving
A friend of mine is moving because her finances have really taken a plunge. It's kind of sad because she has kids and they don't know anyone where they're going. She had been doing some research to see what places had the cheapest everything and one of the places she told me about was North Carolina. Apparently North Carolina health insurance is a lot cheaper for what you get compared to what they have. I really wouldn't know much about that seeing as though we don't have any right now...which almost makes me consider moving as well.
Burnt
I'm looking for a new diet routine right now. I haven't had the energy I need and I'm just plain tired of not fitting into my old clothes. My girlfriend said she read some good apidexin reviews and plans to try it for herself. I think I'll wait and see how she does with that one before I buy it but I plan on trying something else in the meantime. I can't wait until I get back into my old wardrobe!
Do This for That
When you're pregnant people tell you all sorts of things. Don't eat this, do eat that, if you do this _ will happen and smear all this stuff on you to prevent stretch marks. If there was some sort of sure fire stretch mark cure I think that last bit would be finally over but what some people say have worked for them doesn't always work for others. I know I've had some luck with a couple of things but even they would work on one part of my body and not another. Sometimes I wish I could afford skin treatments but for now I'll just have to cover up.
Middle-Aged
The conversations that my friends have is always interesting since we're all getting older now. It's all this stuff about dieting, wrinkles and stuff. Lately it's really been focusing on diets and if there are actually diet pills that work. I would say yes but I don't really want to pipe up just yet since I don't have the body to prove it. LOL Just wait, by this time next year I won't be the one hiding anymore, woo hoo!

80's Advertising
When I was younger it was so fun to actually watch commercials. There were all sorts of creative things they did to market everything from hamburgers to hemorrhoid treatments. It seems like things are finally reverting a bit and companies are using more creative ways to present themselves. It's nice to see the same actors sometimes and it helps the consumer to remember what the products were of the commercials they saw. That's my opinion anyway.
Window Phobia
When DS was little he swore that there were children calling to him outside through his windows. Ever since then (including now) he has been scared to look outside at night when he's alone. He only has those thin metal blinds covering his windows and they've been totally bent up over the years. I'd really like to get him some of those wooden blinds since he's older and they would help block out a lot of the sun in the mornings. If he had those he might not be so freaked out all the time, poor kid.
A Long Summer
I feel like this summer is way longer than any other summer in recent years. My aunt just arrived a few days ago and already we've been busy people running around. I haven't had time to get anything of my own done and by the time I start she'll be back over here again. Don't get me wrong, it's nice to see them but when it's this crazy and chaotic it kind of makes the purpose of summer disappear.
Aches and Pains
DH is always complaining of joint pains and it starts driving me crazy some times. You might think he was some 90 year old man if you heard him complaining. I've tried to get him to take those products and pills to help relieve joint pain but eventually he'll forget to take them before stopping altogether and in no time he's back to saying the same thing again. It's really frustrating and is a seemingly endless battle.
